Rules & Regulations

AAC WELCOMES 4-WHEELERS
Due to the overwhelming response we will allow 4-wheelers for the 2009 season. We ask that all ATV / Golf Carts drivers obey the rules to prevent removal in the future.

The AAC now opens 7 days prior to race day and stays open 24 hours a day until closing the morning after the race . You can arrive at any time! The campground has water stations conveniently through out. Our dump station is located on the first row near the shower house. The AAC offers 24-hour security provided by the Sheriffs Department. The AAC provides a manned shower house facility (25 stalls including handicapped stalls) of campers with wristbands. Shower house will close daily for cleaning. Servicing hours will be posted. Other amenities include food, ice, refreshment and souvenir vendors on site.

Campsites with electricity/water- 20 feet wide. Sites are either 40, 45, and 50 feet long. Please use 20-foot wide guideline for setting up your camping area. One camping unit (RV, Motorhome, Tent) is allowed per site. Each campsite is $550 including tax.

Campsites without electricity/water — reserved, unreserved, and tent — are 20 feet wide. Sites are either 30 or 40 feet long. Please use 20-foot wide guideline for setting up your camping area. Each campsite is $260 including tax.

General Camping
$172 (incl. tax), 20x30 sites

Tent Camping
$115 (incl. tax), 20x20 sites


 

 

**Transfers Policy**

Any transfers from 2020 to 2021 are not eligible for refunds. If you have transferred to a race week in 2021 and that race is cancelled or does not allow spectators, you will be permitted one additional transfer to a 2022 date. Some restrictions will apply.

**Cancellation Policy**

Any reservations or transfers made on or after October 20, 2020 will be subject to our normal cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation requests that are made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled opening date of the campground (one month prior to race day) are eligible for a refund less the cancellation fee of 10%.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled opening date of the campground are not eligible for any refunds for any reason including, but not limited to, travel restrictions, race cancellations or attendance restrictions, or any other situation that is beyond the control of All-American Campground.

 

**Services**

For any races that occur at Bristol Motor Speedway, the campground will be open, and our services will be provided as close to normal as possible. All-American Campground reserves the right to adjust services as deemed necessary by management.

Cancellation Policy — Notice of cancellation must be given at least 30 days prior to the opening of the campground. You will receive a refund less 10% administrative fee. Once inside the 30 day window of the gates of All American Campgrounds opening, absolutely NO refunds.



Included Amenities and Extras
Each camping package includes a camping permit, one vehicle permit, and six wristbands for the showers. Extra vehicle permits are $50.00 each, and extra wristbands are one for $5 or six for $20. Golf carts, 4-wheelers, etc. are required to have a permit. Permits can be purchased for $75.00 at the campground office upon arrival. A valid DL is required to operate any vehicle inside the campground. Day passes for parking will be $20.00. All vehicles and conveyances are required to have a permit.

We hope your stay is a safe and enjoyable experience. There are a few guidelines we think everyone should observe to ensure this happens.

Reserved Campers
Please camp in the area designated on the camping permit. The reserved camping sites are marked on the guardrails by row and number designation.

Unreserved and Tent Campers
Please camp in the area designated by campground personnel.

Parking
Do not park or camp in an area not designated by permit purchased.
Do not park or camp in a manner that will interfere with garbage, waste removal, security or emergency vehicles.
All parking violations will result in camper or vehicle being towed at owner's expense!

Permits
The proper permit must be displayed on all camping units and vehicles upon entering the campgrounds.

Speed Limit and Curfew
All vehicles must abide by the 5 mph speed limit . Please operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
Absolutely no hotrodding or reckless driving of vehicles or they will immediately be impounded at owner's expense. There is a 12-midnight until 6 a.m curfew for all vehicles. Handicapped conveyances are excluded but must display the proper handicap placard.

Generators
Generators are allowed. Mufflers and Carbon Monoxide protection (vented upwards) required. Please respect your neighbors.

Campfires and Fireworks
Fireworks are not permitted. Campfires are permitted, but must be in metal containers per the order of the deputy fire chief(weather permitting). Absolutely no Bonfires. This will result in your immediate removal from the campgrounds.

Pets
Pets must be restrained on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet.

Race Tickets
Absolutely no scalping of tickets. This will result in your immediate removal from the campgrounds.

Vendor Sales and Solicitation
No sale or solicitation of souvenirs, food, ice, etc., without an AAC license agreement. Agreements are available at the campground office for a nominal fee, prior to the race. This license agreement will allow the sale of items at Souvenir Alley only. Call the campground administrative office for information to set up in Souvenir Alley.

The AAC is not Responsible For Theft or Accidents. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OR ALL THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN YOUR REMOVAL FROM THE CAMPGROUNDS. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!
